Fully charge the provided ActionHeat 5V batteries and then connect each battery to the cords located in the pocket on the top of the socks. Easily conceal the batteries safely inside the pocket. To activate heat, simply press and hold the power button on the socks for 3 seconds.

Enjoy continuous heat for hours by pressing and holding the power button on the socks. There are 3 heating levels to switch between, High (Red): 150F for 3+ Hours, Medium (White): 130F for 4+ Hours, or Low (Blue): 100F for 5+ Hours.
